Great story NANA.I have a friend that had one of the boat tail superglides.It was stolen when it had about 500 miles on it and he has always hoped to get it back.

Many years ago i had a 1959 Square Four Ariel and the trailer it was sitting on stolen, :Shrug:wish i could be that lucky!

To heck with the grand kids! I hope the owner rides it.

Note: The article i read says this one is a might rare for it's ridgid frame?
It dosen't strike me as unusual for 53 model but im no expert on trumpets, just chopped and owned a couple more years ago than i care to remember.

His garage looks about as organized as mine too!
