Put a Metzler 888 rear tire on the front of the trike yesterday. 10 miles after install I was on Mulholland Highway giving it a test. I like it...time will tell whether how it does in the snow and dirt/gravel, and how many miles I can get out of it. I think it fills out the fender better, and seems to handles/grip better.

btw, hardly anyone on Mulholland Highway yesterday. FUN road!

Got the DK comfort lift kit installed over the weekend but only got to ride around 30 miles and the sky opened up. The wife said it was a whole lot smoother in the back, I didn't notice much difference except that the steering was definitely easier, we were at 37 # of air in the shocks. It definitely levelled the trike in the rear and she looks good, we hadn't scraped the mufflers yet but we're happy with the looks and ride. Before: After:

Installed the Clutch Wiz and extremely happy with the ease of pulling in the clutch now. Also, got an Air Hawk 2 cushion. Haven't had a chance to try either out yet due to downpours.

    Default Tank lift

Tank lift on my TriGlide looks great feels weird , Easy to clean the rocker boxes now, I put a 1 1/2 in. Lift on front of the tank and a lift on back of the tank. Now the seat has an dip in it I'll have to figure a solution to the dip!

You can remove the rear lift and keep the 1.5" up front. You will have almost the same amount of ease in cleaning the rocker covers.

    Default s&s exhaust

this is what i have done today on my 2015 tri-glide mysterious red. i finally got the head pipes on and then to the y-connectors on the back-end. then i go the tailgunner gunships on they look good. this is the 3rd set of s&s exhaust that i have put on my bikes. i also put the s&s stealth air cleaner on. next comes the heat shields and then wiping them down before i fire it up.those y-connectors look close to the frame underneath but there is clearance. the point here is when i would get frustrated i would just walk away and get a bottle of water. everthing went together like it should . some of it easy other things took a few water bottles to get through it. i also have the power vision to do my auto-tune when it is ready for the road test. this kind of job is not for someone with gorilla hands which i have but i make up for it with nimble fingers

    Default s&s system

i finally got the head pipes on and then put the y-connectors on. not much room where the y-pipe goes down under the frame but it will work. then i put the tailgunner gunships on and the 2015 tri-glide mysteroius red looks great. i also have the s&s stealth air cleaner on and a power vision ready to run a auto-tune. i have had this system on 2 other bikes and they did not miss a beat at all. i can,t wait to get the heat shields on then wipe everything down before i fire it up. i will post some pic,s to show my bike. i absolutly love riding this.

    Default power vision auto-tune run

well crap i did go out and do a auto-tune with the s&s power tune headers and s&s stealth air cleaner and mid pipe connectors and a set of tailgunner gunships. i also did a auto-tune with the power vision. i guess my ears have gotten sensitive or something because the tailgunner gunships were loud. so i am going to put the stock muffler,s back on.

No Now that I have seen them I see that you can't change out the baffles.

2' pull-back bars put on by the dealer, only got about 10 miles on them when the rains let loose, a lot more leverage for this old timer so far.

    Your wish is my command.

The first pic is from yesterday when I quit because of the heat. You can see the tubing too far to the left of the filter cover.

The 2nd pic is after I changed the tubing so it ran inside the left part of the support bracket.

The 3rd pic is the filter and its location near the front of the frame.

The 4th is the finished look after changing the tubing.

I think the tubing could be shortened even more at the T connection but for now I am going to leave it like this. I first tried to run the filter tube to the rear just in back of the trans cover. I decided against that as I was afraid it would rub on the exhaust.

I am all ears if anyone has a suggestion on another location for the filter tube.

Okay ... I mat be wrong (It's been known to happen) ... but I thought you'd want the hoses to always be going down ... gonna be oil vapors in them and won't they tend to fill up if given a chance? I ask because this mod is in my future.

I see your concerns with the exhaust ... I know Kevin did this, so maybe he'll chime in with some input.

I can change the position of the filter hose so that it does lead angled downward zip tied to the front of the frame.
I don't know how much oil to expect to be discharged from this system?

The reason I'm gonna do this is I sometimes have oil dripping from my ac ... my guess is crank case vent ... doesn't happen often .. just occasionally.

I am glad you brought up the filter hose angle. I was so focused on the 2 side hoses being closer to the filter that I overlooked how I had the filter hose. Tomorrow I am going to see how I can reroute it to be more effective.

The stock filter I removed (6500 miles) was dry as a bone with debris in it. There was a very light oil coating on the back of the filter mating surface to the support bracket and that was all. Mine is older than yours so yours should be more clean than mine I would expect. I haven't seen any oil drops at all.

I am now wondering how long this filter at the end of the hose is expected to last?

If I'm not mistaken, it's washable.
