Rode to work .............. Finally ! Mid 60's when I walked out the door. Darn near 80 on the way home tonight. Ditto tomorrow.

Had my Son over and he put on new front brakes,
Saved me a lot of time and a sore back 'By letting him do it for me. I had the pad's for a month setting on a shelf , And i kept in putting it off...

My son is only 8 miles away. We've been planning some service work on my Jeep for several weeks. When I texted him this morning, he was at work. His crew is working 7 days a week until further notice and 10 hour days Monday-Thursday.


I might have to put it in the shop.

Yes sir Jim I do in the state of Ga...I know my brother in TN does not have to...It's 12$ a year...The American Legend has a cooler up front and inside has a dropdown spare tire holder and another as a toolbox...

I just can't live with the stock Harley TGU footboard position. It is tucked much too close into the trike. Even with the mitigation of the catalytic converter placement on my new 2017 TGU, the foot positions are so much more relaxed after I installed the DK Customs floorboard extenders this morning. The instruction were quite clear EXCEPT for the removal of the three bolts necessary on the left floorboard to put the spacers in. I had errantly removed a bolt that did not require removal and couldn't figure out why the spacer strategy would not work and why I couldn't get the floorboard backing plate loose. After studying the diagram several times, I realized that the instructions did not call for the removal of one particular bolt and the removal of another on the plate to get it away from the trike.

When I figured this out, the rest went very smoothly and rapidly. I will be riding today to complete my 500 mile break-in and it is forecast to rain tomorrow so I plan to install the DK Customs Custom Lift Kit and my trike will be getting closer to the way I like them.

. Also had a hard time with the instructions on the left side, a bolt that was exactly positioned on the sheet to come off did not need to be touched. As you did, I finally figured it out but took a while. Happy with the results now but those instructions need to be modified.
