Saddleman VS Harley Trunk Liner Bag Set

I have the Saddleman trunk liner bags. They fit in the trunk nicely and will allow lots of room for other stuff. Can pack all my gear in one bag for the motel. Well made with heavy duty zippers and good carrying handles. Have used them for about a year and am very pleased with them.

Thank you. It's a little difficult to compare the 2 side by side. Also looking for usage comments like yours.

Just a thought. The Harley bag has two small zip bags on either end while the Saddleman has one larger zip bag on one end which is kind of nice because you can access that without taking the bag out of the trunk; no guessing which end something might be in. I've been looking at them too and the Saddleman is also less expensive and has a one-year warranty.

I've never used any bag liners. I still have 3 sets still in their plastic bags in the garage.
Things that are in the saddlebags(when I had them - now in the trunk) was stuff that never left the bags = rain suit, tools, sweatshirt, tire repair kit, etc.
On trips I have a Saddlemen Dresser back seat bag. It holds 2 weeks of clothes and has insulated pockets and is a great back rest. Only one bag to tote to the motel room.
Tour pak holds a bunch of little stuff like CD's, Snapple in a 6 pack softsided cooler, energy bars, gloves, hats, cameras, maps, books, etc.

I did see a great TP luggage rack bag model TP1300TPS Bootcase. Made by T-Bags. I almost bought it, then thought "do I really need it" - couldn't find a reason so didn't buy it. :) It also fits "inside" the tour pac. If I didn't already have the Saddleman bag, I would definately buy one.

If you ride solo, check out the Saddleman Dresser bag #BR4100 - best bang for the buck.
ThumbUp

Don't know about trunk luggage but I bought a saddleman bag for the tour pack. Fits perfect with enough room on top for spare gloves and glasses. Holds enough for weeks worth of cloths easy. Use the trunk for rain gear, tools etc that don't use that often

Wife has the H.D. bags and I chose the Saddleman - personnely we feel the more expensive HD are just a little better made (like the heavier material) but both work well and serve their intended purpose. As mentioned above Saddlemens single end pocket may be an advantage to some but my preference would be Harley' version.
