While I have not seen this particular installation, I'm sure it can be done without too much trouble. I would obtain a tour pac support 'U' bracket first, maybe the detachable type, and go from there. Would have to take a closer look, but it shouldn't be that difficult.

I put one on a friends 07 heritage that I put a Champion kit on for him , champion said the quick release HD tour pack mount bracket would fit but it did not. We took a pair of stock passenger upright brackets cut the side step out of them to lower them & make it wider, took the upright passenger mount [sissy bar] cut a slice out of it bent it 90 degrees it fit in the upright brackets welded it up put some gussetts on there it made a mount plate out of flat steel bolted on the tour pack I beed blasted it painted it the same color as the bike. there a picture in my album of the trike, I will see if I have picture of bracket on the trike without the tour pack.
Ditto on the quick release brackets not working...the release knobs aren't accessible and interfere with the body mounting. You can either fab a bracket like Road Dog did or use one of the larger flat luggage racks and bolt the tour pack (either HD or aftermarket) directly to the luggage rack. Its going to sit a bit higher off the body than a proper FLH kit & mount but if done properly they still don't look too bad. Ive done several of them and have pics on my website in the customer gallery if you want to get some ideas.
