New to the forum

Hi all, I've just discovered this site and been looking on the site for a couple of days now but haven't introduced myself. So here it goes, I've ridden trikes or reversed trikes since 2008. I enjoy the freedom and security that comes with not having to put your feet down and just simply relaxing. I have several spiders and get to ride quite often. Last year I clocked over 25k miles on my Spyder and trailer. Recently I picked up a BMW with a sidecar so does that qualify as a trike? Lol.<br />

I've never ridden a motorcycle with a sidecar prior to this so it will be a learning experience. I'm scheduled to pick it up on Feb 12th so a road trip is on the agenda. <br />

Thanks Shimpy. The villages in Fl, what a great place. I've been there a few times. Do you guys ride to Daytona for bike week? I'll be there the second week in March.

Nothing set up yet but working on it. Every year we have a RTE (ride to eat) that draws upward to 100 people. Everyone is invited but would like whoever plans to come to post it so we can get a head count for the restaurant. Usually a Saturday. We in The Villages number about 8 I think and usually ride over together as in our weekly RTE's.

Lol, George is letting me borrow it, while my wing is getting triked! Ha ha ha.

i was just at the IX center over the weekend to see all the 15' motorcycle line up. Lots of manufacturers coming out with some great bikes. Some back to the old school while Honda seems like it's gearing up for the hot odd market of cruisers with its new Valkerie 1800. Had a great time.

anyone on the forum go to the show?
