A Little Outdoor Cooking

Nice rainy day to smoke some Baby Backs.

I decided to try some rub I bought at Jacks BBQ in Nashville last month.

Let them run at 240 degree at the grate for 4 1/2 hours using some hickory and peach wood. Looked pretty tasty before I even applied some sauce.

Applied 2 coats of The Shed southern sweet sauce with 15 minutes between coats. These were about the best ones I've made to date. The dry rub is a keeper, I've been using the sauce for a few cooks now. I like the sauce because its not super sweet.
