Not outdoor cooking ... but tasty
Made some BBQ nachos with the left over pork.
Cooked it in a little olive oil, pinto beans and finished it with some Mexican Blend Cheese.
Sunny and Warm day for Grilling.

Apparently, the pork shortage is getting real. Can't find a bone in b$tt.
Had to settle for a boneless pork roast. Came out really well. Brined it for 24 hours in salt, pepper corns and brown sugar.
Just a little fella, 4.5#. It was ready in 8 hours. Without the bone it only took 8 hours.
Decent smoke ring and sooooo juicy and tender.
Made some fried brown rice (Alan's version on rice-a-roni. Forgot to take pics of that
