Was at the local grocery store and noticed that "Larry The Cable Guy" has a line of BBQ sauces and rubs, spices, etc. Tried the rib rub and its not bad. Was only .88 cents for the small container.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

No but start with a large pot of boiling water.
get a bunch of 1 QT ZIP LOCK STORAGE BAGS
eggs (2 per bag ) makes one omelet.
I usually cut up all the ingredients
onion,ham,cheese,peppers,etc.
Ok start by cracking 2 eggs in a bag.
squish it up with your hands by squeezing the bag ( kids love this part )
add ham ,onion etc. squish again to mix. Seal the bag.
Drop into boiling water. You can do as many bags as will fit in the pot
Let boil for 3 min or until they look cooked.
Carefully remove bag ( grill tongs work good here )
Open bag and pour out omelet on to a plate.
Fun and great for young and old.
