Finally I got some time for a low and slow, today was rib day. I had some St Louis cut ribs which I dry rubbed and introduced to the smoke and heat. The wife went back for 2nd's. I like to take the trimmings and add they to the smoker for some tips.

Perfect, they look great.

They tasted great. One down side to making great ribs is I have a tough time eating ribs out, they just don't seem to measure up.
