Triglide Power in Rockies

Hello! I am planning a trip to Colorado in May with friends and I will be riding a friend of mine on the back of my 2013 Triglide. Does anyone here live or have ridden in the Rockies on their Triglide and if so, any problems with power or performance? I am contemplating and probably will get a whole new exhaust system with pipes and tuning and all that to make it run cooler and have more power but probably not before this trip. Thanks!

Living just outside of Denver, I've been in the mountains plenty of times and the trike does just fine. I've also got a 2013 and had a tuner, exhaust and pipes added, but even before that I never had any problems. Plenty of friends ride TriGlides two up out here in the mountains and they've not had problems either. Lots of great riding in the Rockies, so you should have a great time.

The OP shouldn't have any issues, he'll just have to down shift a little more often.

There should be no difference. That's why fuel injection, computers and exhaust sensors are cool and carbs are in the garbage.
