Aspen classic issue

Does anyone here have an aspen classic, and have the problem of the front sagging and not getting high enough to make the bottom grey "well" stand up straight? It seems as though the front support bar needs to be up a bit higher so that the front door hangs straight down and does not sag.
Sagging causes you to
A) trip over is as you go in / out
B) in some cases the seam will be on the ground
