Front End Shaking

I recently removed my front fender on my SG Trike to have it repainted and I had to remove the front wheel. After putting it all back together, I now have a front end wobble........pretty bad. Could there be something I missed? Is there a special procedure for installing the wheel? On my Honda VTX you were supposed to "bounce" the front end before torqueing everything. There's not a lot of parts to remove.
Any help would be appreciated.

Loosen everything again...With the Trike on a level floor, bounce the front while holding the front brake and the front wheel pointing perfectly straight.....re-tighten everything. The front wheel/fork needs to remain in the straight forward position with the weight riding on it during the tightening also.......

Don't loosen things and bounce the front end, it doesn't work this way with a Harley. Do you have the service manual? It has the correct installation sequence and torques. You have to have the front tire off the ground when you torque things. After you have pushed the axle through, you will install and torque the nut on the left side. Then you will torque the axle cap on the right side. Make sure you remembered to install the spacers, and you have the correct tire or brake rotor rotation.
