Your likely to get alot of different answers to this post. I myself have a older cyclemate that I completely upgraded. But also I only use it probably twice a year @ most., so it meets my needs. I'm assuming we're talking about a trailer to pull behind the Trike. If your planning on useing it quite abit, you may look into a Bushtec, I've also noticed on here that a few people have purchased a aluminum trailer that they are quite happy with. I'm sure you'll get alot of replys. Bottom line will be what suits your needs. Good Luck with your choice.....
I think there are way to many variables to answer that. It really should be what works best for your for the buck you have to spend.

Seems like "Tailwind" trailers have a great suspension. I dont have one, as they are rather expensive at $7-8K.
Depends on a lot of variables, such as how much use, space needed, budget. Its a personal choice, but many good trailers on the market.

I agree with what the other people are saying, in that it is going to come down to personal taste in style and budget. We carry Road Dog Trailers which a lot of people like because of their style and independent torsion suspension. And I know a lot of people like the Bushtec Trailers also. So you definitely have a lot of options to choose from.
I have the Breeze by Country Trailers in Wisconsin.
It's the second one I've owned.
Great trailer at a great price.
