has anyone raised the passenger floor boards more than their factory adjustments? my wife is 5ft 6in and her legs lay on the passenger grab rails with the floor boards adjusted all the way to the top.

Yep, did so on my 2011 Tri Glide. http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...d-mounting-kit
Also take a look at these adjustable foot rests. Quite a few have put them on & like them. You can get them from EBay for around $160.

I have a 2010 Triglide. I emailed Dennis Kirk about will a 4353 Kuryakan footpeg fit ours. He said no. What is the part number that WILL fit? Or will the Harley one fit a 2010?
The HD web site says they will not fit a Trike, but they fit mine and my wife likes them.
