Welcome, there are many choices when selecting a trailer. It really depends on the amount of money you are willing to put out. You can start with low cost and go with something like this from Harbor Freight http://www.harborfreight.com/600-lb-...ler-66771.html on sale now for $370 or something like this http://www.motorcycle-rack.com/CycleTrailer.htm for $1500 or go to the top end like these http://www.meyerstrailer.com/store.html for +$4000. I have the Piggy Backer and love it http://www.piggybacker.com/Piggyback...o_Trailer.html $950. So, look around and decide what you want in a trailer and how much you want to spend. Hope this helps.

I have pulled a Bushtec and they are beautiful trailers, but expensive. Currently I have my BRP trailer from my Spyder modified and pull it behind my trike and it too is fine. A trailer makes traveling a lot easier. We are leaving tomorrow morning on a 5000+ mile trip out west and couldn't do it without a trailer.

    Good luck...

I pull a Breeze Trailer made by Country Trailers here in Wisconsin. It's my second one as I had to get it to match my new Trike.

We love our Bushtec trailer. Yes a little expensive but pulls perfect and has lots of room. first trailer was home made - worked but not as good as the Bushtec... just my two cents worth.

How far do u plan on pulling it ? How often? I am pulling an inexpensive Forest River trailer ( paid $600 for it 10 years ago ) I tow it 300 miles a year, because of medical reasons we can't go more than. Few days out. Could not see spending $3,000. Pulls just fine. Gold wing could pull about anything. Wife still can't believe that we don't know it is there. Hardly noticeable in performance loaded with 500 lb of her crap.
    this looks something like it

I have a Harbor Freight TagAlong.
Love it. Hauls lots of stuff.

I have about 4500 miles on it now, and not had a bit of trouble.

You can usually get these for $325+- with a coupon.

I only need a trailer maybe 5-6 times a year and it totally fits the bill.

Very interesting, but it should be noted that at least the Harbor Freight Tag-Along trailer has a speed limitation of 55 mph. If you live in a state with a lot of 80 mph roadways, the HF would probably not be a good choice.

The 55mph is a CYA statement the manufacturer puts on. I run 70-75 on the highways all the time. Wheels near the bearings don't even get warm. If you notice, most UHaul trailers have a 55mph sticker on them also.

    Don't worry about the speed.

http://www.1motorcycletrailers.com/e...laluminum.html I also have one of these and have probably pulled it 30,000+ miles. I have only had one problem and it wasn't the trailers fault and that was when I ran over something and blew the rear tire on my MC at 70 mph pretty well loaded. It fished tailed but was able to keep everything under control. Good trailer. Was surprised that everything stays pretty cool inside even at a 128 in Arizona.

you can get trailers at any size, any price there is some grrrate looking trailers out there. I got lucky and found a 18 cu dart in white ( same as my bike) for $500 it is a older trailer but look good, paint is good 12"wheels. if you are not in a big harry there is a few deals to be had.

I bought a Harbor Freight tag along at a very good discount. I have pulled it at 70 MPH with no problem at all. Not a good idea to do that when it is empty though. I would recommend the tag along to anyone. WELL worth what they ask for it.

Could not agree more!!! I was lucky enough to have bought a used trike on my last purchase and it came with a color matched Hanningan trailer. I love this trailer. Had two full size suitcases, two extra full-face helmets, three extra jackets, two umbrellas, my cane, a couple of covers for the trike and trailer and still had room for my 16 year old 6'2" 180 lb. grandson inside. If I ever trade this unit off I'll have to require that the new replacement will have to include a Hanningan trailer. They are THAT good.
... Made the journey (from 2 to 3 wheels) now enjoying the ride ...

I have the Harbor Freight Tag-a-long. I changed the tail lights to 3 in 1 LEDs. Changed the grease in the hubs to a better grease. Pulled it 1000 miles at speeds 65-75 mph with no problems.
