3 Day Trip

I am still waiting for the 2015 Tri-Glide to come out before I buy......but I am renting a 2014 in New Orleans in a couple of weeks, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a scenic three day ride out of New Orleans. This will be my wife's first time on a bike and I want to take her on a slow road to heaven and back.
I am thinking of heading up I-90 to Florida and back, but if you know if there is a better ride, please let me know. I have no goal other than to enjoy my 50th birthday and a nice slow ride to nowhere.

I do not think so that you are still waiting to the 2015 Tri-Glide and then you go to the trip and i have experience of 2014 model superb and i realized that its made up for the trip...

I know that I would love either one, just waiting to see what kind of deals are on the table when to 2015 come out.
