Front fender angle with raked trees

I have a MotorTrike with the 4 1/2 raked triple trees. I noticed that my oil cooler didn't seem to be doing it's job as well as it used to. I just noticed that the raked trees changed the fender position enough that the bottom of the fender is blocking off the very air the cooler needs. Has anyone ever run into this before? I will be removing the chrome tip, just to see how much it improves. Any and all solutions are welcome.
i have even thought of tilting the fender a bit forward and down. Oh, I am running a 19" hog pro wheel on the front, so I have a little room to work with. Thanks, Riderdave

perhaps a oil cooler with a fan.

I wonder if you might could get the oil cooler only?

I am going to get this setup so I can keep the original Cooler . I have the same problem as you do. I put a mud flap under the finder & it also blocks the cooler air.:Coffee:

I drilled out the rear holes in the fender and tilted it forward. After drilling, just lift up on the back while tightening up four bolts. I can't remember size I drilled but you can keep going up in size until you think it is what you want. Sure looks better anyway.
