Great News - it was just announced the Sat. Dinner will be
Salmon or Chicken Dinner - @24.75
Icelandic Curried Clam Chowder
Salmon with a Cream Sauce or Chicken Dijonaise
Oven Roasted Potatoes, Zucchini and Squash, and Toasted Almond Cake
Each person getting their choice, I hope many sign up, we have to let the GGI know by Aug. 5th.
I am sure Carina, her daughters and staff will serve us in a timely and pleasant fashion as they did last year.
Hi all!! Getting close - just a few more weeks!! It's not too late to join us for some beautiful riding, and what usually turns out to be great stories.
Please go to the meal registration page, even if you've already registered, and make your meal choice(s) so the inn knows how much of each to cook! Don't worry about duplicate registrations - I'll clean up the list as people re-register.
Also, I've extended the deadline to order and/or pay for tshirts. You now have until Monday, July 20, to order your shirts, or pay for an already placed order. Please keep in mind that the shirts on the order page are samples from last year - this year's shirts will be green with white lettering.
See you in August!!

Same here, Leo there are a few good places to eat nearby I think a few others are doing the same.
Cheri,
Is your address the same as last year, I don't use paypal.
Does anyone who has been in this area before know of places that serve "gluten free"?
My guest is gluten free and we would like to know other options to eating at the GGI.
Thanks,
Dennis

If you go back to the main folder, there is a link for the 2015 rally and the first post has a link to the Inn, the sign up for Saturday's meal and also t-shirts.
Found it thanks....was looking in this thread...

Only 3 more 12 hour shifts before I head for W. Dover, VT.....Sure an looking forward to meeting everyone and seeing what I might need for my trike...
Dennis, Know what you mean! Been doing maintenance on our trike all week. Today, buttoned it up and started
working on new trailer. Our fat bottom trike is a challenge to get on trailer. Latest issue is to increase tongue
weight, which is low by about 200 lbs. Time for a trip to Home Depot. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Correct, but at times you have to trailer your Baby! Going far away to Florida is one time, when you spend lots time away from home.
Another could be your partner is not up to traveling huge amount of time getting to your destination.
So, at times, your Baby is better off! LOL

Have ridden our trike through 32 states and the District of Columbia, mostly on my own. Jeannette gets scared on the interstates with all the 18 wheelers and does not have the endurance. To be honest, I get concerned about driving through metropolitan areas in bumper-to-bumper traffic. About a month ago, someone tapped our new trailer from behind on the Tappan Zee Bridge. He thought it was funny. Fortunately, our trike was not aboard. Hope he has a souvenir on the plastic bumper of his new SUV.
This is first trip hauling our trike on the Drop-Tail Trailer. Trailer is designed to carry two cruiser motorcycles, but our Hannigan trike fills it well. In fact it overhangs the tailgate/ramp, so had to get creative to keep tailgate away from trike and 8" above the road. Also had to add 200 lbs of mini marble chips (four plastic bags) to get recommended tongue weight. Thursday will be the test!
