I finally found out what was rattling on the trike. It's the front brake calibers. It sounds like metal rattling when I'm running down the road and stops when I put on the brakes. When I hit them with my hand, they rattle. Any suggestions how to stop this? Thx Rick

I know the rattle you are talking about. I have tried several things but the caliber is made to be loose. There is a rubber boot on the bolts and it helps but the rattle is still there:AGGHH:. I know this doesn't help you but the rattle is a normal part of the Stallion, at least on my Stallion.

same thing here....the other day i bought new "turnbuckle eye bearings"...that's what i call them anyway....its the adjustable bar that connects to the downtubes and holds the brake housing from spinning...boy did it quiet it down on front and a big difference from brake shock i was getting the harder i got down on the brakes....and i got them local at the bearing distributors here in town...good luck

Wow.... What a difference that made. I got the heim joints from a local bearing house. I got the ones with the zerk fittings. They didn't have the left had thread ones, but it only took a couple of days to get them. I'm glad I did them because a couple of them were rusted in and were a bear to get out. A lot of lube and patience, but it was worth while. It did get rid of 95% of the rattle. Now I just have the front heim joints on the ladder bars rattling. TBMS still denies there is a problem with them even though I had a friend break one going down the highway a couple of months ago. I guess somebody needs to die before they admit it was a faulty design.
