Hoping things will work out so we can join you. Will let you know closer to the date. Is the rain date the 27th?

In Youth you Learn. In Age you Understand. Now if I could just remember what I learned.:xzqxz:
The reason for a Saturday run was because of work schedules to some of the riders.
So, if we had a rain day of Sunday, a few a the riders would not be able to make, that's why we never posted a rain date or thought of a rain day.
Hope I answered your question.
Rosy
I tell you what. If it would be easier for the trikers in the Western part of the state to meet us at Weirs Beach, then you can do that. We will be stopping at Weirs Beach for lunch if all goes well.
Your trip can start there, and I will make sure you get back to Weirs Beach for the end of your trip.
How does that sound?
Rosy
A week away..any thoughts of how many are going to make it..
Do I look for two or four trikes..I know there will be two for sure..my brother-in-law and me..Dennis down the road..and maybe another towards Farmington....
We have riders towards the Northern part of the state who can meet us at Weirs Beach..
So, we will see..
Hope we have a good day to hit the road, from NH to ME and back!
Hey, if your trike is laid-up, take your two or four wheels and join us! Nobody said it was a trike only event! Same as a Greet & Meet!!!
Rosy
I'm still planning on riding....my friend June is also planning on being my co pilot.
Weather is looking a tad cool to start and the high temp (last I checked) was going to hit a blistering 68. Fine riding weather for me....If I know June, she will have about 6 layers + leather....LOL
That's OK, because Janice will be plugged in to her Gerbins! If it is not 90F, she is plugged in. LOL
My brother-in-law said he was coming from Biddeford, Maine, and maybe one other rider. But, if it is very cool out, they may not come, we will see.
Going into the hills, so, it may be cooler, unless it is a coastal cooling, then the interior should be warmer.
So, you are saying no rain, but cool..That would be great.
Rosy
I'm still in...Alton circle Citgo is a good meeting place for me.
What time are you thinking Rosy?
Hey, you are dealing with a senior citizen here, had to go back to my posting to get the times!! Can't remember flip! LOL HHAAHA
We are leaving Farmington at about 9:45, so maybe around 10:00.
Then head out shortly after.
Rosy
Are you still planning on stopping @ Circle K in Farm.?
It is not too far out of the way for me, & could save another stop in Alton maybe?
Yes, stopping in Farmington, then head to Alton in case we have some riders coming from the lower West part of the state, down Rt.28.
Will stop at the outlook on Rt.11, so people who have not traveled this road can take photos and watch the boats on the Big Lake.
We should be getting in around noon to Wiers Beach for lunch, and maybe pickup other riders there.
Have a bite, then head out to circle the lake and head into Maine.
Rosy
I'll be looking out the window of the big bird on my way back home. Wish I was staying. Got here in Meredith today. The weather is beautiful. I've seen lots of bikes on the road today.

Rosy,
Not sure how you are going from your house to Farmington. Wondering if you want to swing down Blackwater Rd and I can join you there and we can go thru Gonic. If not, I will meet at the Shell on RT 11
I'll tell you what, I was going to take Pinkering Road to Gonic, but I'll take the Old Dover Road (16B) into Rochester so you can meet us along the way, how is that?
Let me know.

OH..OH..you know summer is coming to a close, as I sit here in the Mancave and watch the Bruins!
Rosy
Pikering is good...can meet on the corner of English Rd or Tebbits....if You have a CB, tell me what channel you will be on and I can let you know when I'm there....also the approximate time you will be coming down Pikering Rd so I know when to be there. It's only about a mile from my house.
Leaving the house at about 8:30, so it should put us there at about 8:40 to 8:45.
You know how schedules can go in the dump, when people get together.
I will try and wear my headset, if I do, I will try and tune to channel 5.

Ch.9 weather this noon showing bright sun for tomorrow.
High 60's for temps.
First ride this new season with a jacket for me...
See you tomorrow.
Haven't heard from our Friends in the Western part of NH. Don't know if they are going to make it.
Rosy
Cool in the morning, then warming up to 70s, but up in the hills, it could stay a bit cooler.
Dress warm, Gerbins in for the start of the morning, long jeans, tall motorcycle boots, knee socks, and gloves, maybe over kill, but you can take it off, but very difficult to put on if you didn't bring it with you!
See you tomorrow!
Rosy
Today's Meet & Greet went very well. We met new people from our area and shared many stories. We had people who went to the same high school, so the stories were very plentiful.
We will try and post pictures of today's Early Fall Tour. The leafs have not started to turn color, but it was a very cool start to our ride. It was 44F when we started and got up to 65/68F, but there was a nip in the air as we traveled through NH and Maine.
I want to thank all the TT members and non members who went on the ride today.
We will try and post pictures soon.
Rosy
First time with the NH "Gang", & I had a great time meeting everyone.
The ride was fun, & only wish we had another 6 months of summer here in NH!
I truly regret not "finishing" the ride with everyone, but next time will be better...
Thanks for putting it together Rosy, & we'll have to regroup some time down the road.
Rosy, thanks for leading the ride around Lake Winnie. Had a great time and it was nice to meet, Pete, Gail, Raymond and Janice.
You are more than welcome, we had a great time, and we really lucked out with a few things that happened.
It was a great day, saw the Mount Washington sailing on the "high seas", saw her coming in at Weirs Beach when we stopped for lunch, and then at Wolfboro along with the Paddle Wheel cruise boat. The boat show and antique auto show in Wolfboro was great, when we stopped for ice cream!

oops, wasn't finished.
I want to thank everybody who came to the M&G, and maybe we can do it again next year.
I believe having it at this time of year was good because we really didn't hit any major traffic!
Next year we are going to start a little later so maybe it will be in the high 40s, before we get started! LOL
Pete, hope you made it home OK, after your left rear fender broke a weld.
Rosy
Rosy, better isn't it.Attachment 30499
Yes, it is, how did you do it?
Rosy
73F on Monday, great day for a ride in NH.
Maybe going to the Sandwich Fair for the day.
Have a good weekend NH!
Rosy
NH Trikers roll call!
If you ride or live in NH, post here so we know how many are active riders.
See you soon!
Rosy
Southwestern NH is home base. Ride as much of New England as time allows.

How is everything in the Keene area, cool like it is in Dover.
Yes, I have you on the list, in case we do a Meet & Greet in the future!
If we don't see you, have a wonderful Holiday season! Yes, it is around the corner..Holloween, Turkey Day, and X-Mas!
Rosy & Janice
I'm still "in", broken fender mount & all!
Are you planning another ride this season, Rosy?
Hi Pete, no I don't think so, but you never know if the weather gets warmer.
I think most of the long term riding is finished for this year.
I will keep you in mind if we decide to head out for a ride.
Hey, what's the hold-up on that fender? Have you figured out where your fender needed to be attached? I thought you said the fender needed to be moved and reattached?
Hope all goes well with the reattach ment of the fender.
See you soon.
Rosy
Well since you saw it last, I removed both fenders from their respective swing-arms.
I've now made up a cardboard "prototype" mount template that I need to get fabricated.
Nothing complex, just 2, 90 degree bends on a piece of 3/16~1/4" flat stock.
Since I have no material or a metal brake in my shop, I'm in search of a "local" fab shop to pop them out.
I've heard that there's a good shop on Rt.4 somewhere in Nottingham, but I haven't been able to drop by as I write.
Bottom line is I can still ride the trike as is, but only on dry days for now!
While we likely won't see daytime highs in the 70's around here until sometime in 2016, I'm still game on daytime rides if others are ok too...
you know Tracker Supply, or Harbor Freight may have something already made fenders.
