Bleeding Brakes on the Road Smith

This post sort of directed to Solid Bob, but anyone who has information most welcome to chime in. What's the sequence of brake bleeding on the Road Smith, and does the rear wheel necessarily need to be removed for bleeding the rear brake system? I plan to add speed bleeders all around and believe that the SB8125L is the right bleeder to use on my 2005 gl1800, can someone confirm that? Also, will that bleeder fit the rear bleed valve? Thanks.

1. bleed sequence (RS brakes are not linked)
right front upper
left front lower

2. SB8125L are correct for the Honda bleeders on the front

3. Rear calipers are Volkswagon so I do not know what bleeders they would use. I removed the rear wheels to make it easy. Bleed sequence for rears is upper left, then upper right. (The lower bleeders are not used and are there so caliper can be used in inverted position.)

bikerbillone please empty your Mailbox it is full!! But here is the Reply..... I tried to send you....

Roadsmith has a non- linked system so the front and rears are separate on the Goldwing. The fronts just like the book, and the rears are: STEP 44 in the manual a. Connect the braided brake line to the trike chassis brake line fittinga. IMPORTANT! Securely zip-tie the braided brake line to avoid any contact
with the driveshaft
b. Bleed the rear brakes thoroughly, refilling the reservoir as necessary
c. Use the top bleeder fitting on each caliper only

This is the same on the HT & HTS models...... and your done..... Hope that answered your Question.... been out of town and just got back tonight,,,

If you can stand on your head maybe you can leave the wheels on but I don't and watch what I'm doing..... FYI hope you get the message....
