removing motor trike body

For anyone interested in knowing how to remove the body on their M.T. its easy 4 bolts up front . On rear 2 on bumper and 2 threw tubing. You get to the ones in the rear by removing carpet on the floor of the trunk. Now momma's ready for paint. :D

could u be a little more specific on locations of bolts

thanks
Gary

There are two on each side on the front of the body between the finder and side covers. Mine were covered with two chrome buttons. The rear bolts hold the rear bumper and body on the tube frame. You need to pull carpet in trunk floor to get to the bolt heads and nuts are under the frame. I had to cut the wires for tag light and marker lights. hope this helps.

I see it's been a while on this but I'm trying to get our Motor Trike body off so I can get the mufflers off (it sits right on the back bolts) and I think I've got every bolt out but it still won't move and I can't find any other bolts. I'm thinking it's just stuck to the rubber strip on the frame that it sits on but I don't want to pry or pull too much. Has anyone ran into this problem? I got the two bolts on each front side with the chrome caps, took the bumper and all it's mounts off and removed the two bolts near the rear of the floor in the trunk and three more small bolts in the floor of the trunk but can't find any more bolts anywhere or anything else that might hold it.

OK, I finally got it loose. It was just tightly stuck on the rubber strips on the metal frame. Took quite a bit of effort but it finally broke free.

glad to hear it isnt that big of an issue getting the body off, i'm waiting for my F6b with raptor trike kit and am researching upgrading the stereo... which apparently is located under the seat / above the (what was once there) rear wheel. was curious how this endeavor would go with the trike kit installed :)
