Hello from Kansas
New to trikes long time two wheeler. My wife and I just bought a beautiful 08 Gold Wing with Hannigan trike kit. We had been wanting a trike for some time and so lucky to have gotten such a beautiful bike.
Hoping to learn as much as we can from all of you.

here"s a better photo of the trike.
My wife Rita has scoliosis. Several years ago she underwent a 10 hr surgery where two rods and over 30 bolts and screws were placed in her back from her hips to her shoulders to correct the curvature in her spine. To look at her today you would not be able to tell that anything was ever wrong with her. But because of all the hardware we were afraid to let her ride our 2 wheel wing. Even a parking lot tip over could damage her back.
So consequently I went on cycle trips and Rita stayed home (i"m retired she isn't). She graciously allowed me to enjoy my retirement and my bike.
We had talked about trikes and had gotten as close as pricing triking my wing when the deal of the century came up on another forum and we bought this beautiful 08 airbag Hannigan trike from a generous couple in Florida( thanks again Spencer and Tina!)
The trike reduces the chances that Rita would be hurt in a simple accident and allows her to ride. ' We are planning several rallies already and cant wait till spring to get rolling.
