First thing, if you do not already have one, is to obtain a second license to install on a second bike. You can get the license (reasonable additional cost) either directly from Dynojet or Fuel Moto. Either call or e-mail them and they will instruct you on the process/procedure to get it done. Once you receive the second license, you install on the new bike with the same procedure as when you installed on the 2011, however, the maps will most definitely be different. Either Fuel Moto or Dynojet can assist you with this as well.

Just throwing in my couple of cents. If you put the 2011 back to stock and had the ECM flashed back to stock, that is a nice thing for the next owner. If you leave it flashed with the PV and kept it, its your choice, just not a nice thing to do for the next person who owns it. When I traded my 2010 Triglide it was tuned with a dual bike TTS, I could have kept the TTS dongle and left the next owner high and dry. Instead I bought a new dongle and married it to the Triglide ECM and left it in the tour-pak. I also included a CD with the dyno tuned map, an image of the dyno sheet, the factory ECM image for unlocking the ECM and complete list of the modifications including the cam card.

I agree with this 100%. I traded my 14 limited which I had purchased new for a 14 Triglide, I had no idea what had been done to the trike. I contacted the previous owner (found a hd service ticket with his email in the owners manual). Luckily , ,the PO was happy to tell me everything that he had done to the trike, even offered to give me the stock pipes if I wanted to go get them. it took a lot of the unknown away from my purchase.

I agree when buying used you never know. Next time at the dealer look and see how many goodies are forwarded to buyer. I have items off my trade in and told dealer he could give name but I am not sending along for dealership to pocket or throw away so new owner has to repurchase anyhow.

100 percent!! Every single bike I have traded in, I have included everything on the bike for the next owner. This included a complete summary of everything that was done to the bike and installed on the bike including the date/mileage as well as all of the service information, my own as well as the dealership. Last bike, I included the SEPST and the Road Tech GPS Zumo. Although I am not one that usually purchases a previously owned bike, if I ever did this is the information I would appreciate from the previous owner.

Left bike with newest tune it ran great figured I saved new owner from buying tuner .
I've always looked at things like tuners as accessories. I either include everything that goes with the accessory, or I totally remove the accessory and put it back to bone stock which would include having the dealer flash the ECM back to stock or stage 1. Unknown modifications are one of the reasons I don't buy used, and if I did I would want a printout of the ECM info from the digital technician. The printout would show if a tuner was installed, unless the person who flashed it with the tuner would have enough knowledge or detail to change the PN of the upload to match what the stock upload was.
Some years back I looked at a used Road King, it was modified and tuned with a tuner which wasn't included. Told the dealer it was a deal killer for any person who was informed enough to know pipes and air cleaner require a tune or a download from the dealer.

not 100% sure but I think you'll likely need a new cable as well to turn your PV-1 into a PV-2. Old bike is J1850, new bike is CAN

The Pro Auto Tune is the same way. The only difference between the AT-100 and AT-110 are the cables.
