My CFR (knock-offs) mufflers arrived Saturday, going to try to install them Monday or Tuesday. Only took about an hour on wife's Tri-Glide, but since the stock mufflers are 2" shorter on the 'Free, I'm going to have to compensate somewhere in the tail pipe. Shouldn't be a problem. Also bought an electric Jacket. I'm installing a 110 volt inverter in the trunk so I can recharge the batteries while riding.
If anyone is interested, the Electric Jacket is made by Voltheat and can be ordered through Brookstone for under $200. It uses the same battery configuration as the Harley Jackets, but the extra batteries are $20 cheaper. I bought it because wife has the Harley branded electric jacket. Gerbine and other electric jacket makers use the 7volt battery, but the plug is different.
