Let me preface this by saying we have some great customer service people out there like DK Custom, Custom Dynamics and others. You got some who are not so good either. case in point. Cox HD in Rock Hill, SC. Got my new triglide and wanted some stuff. Bought and paid for the Service manual, parts manual and the trike supplement manual. Service manual in stock, check, parts manual , nope..trike supplement nope. Order the supplement before Christmas, It actually arrives late January one month after paying for it. Ordered a full size brake pad last of January. Go in yesterday the 11th and no brake pedal, says the part number was superseded and was not automatically reordered....whattttt this was a week ago. When were you going to tell me about the reorder? A call would have been nice. Paid up front for it too. ,,Is a courtesy phone call too much to ask?
