Should get you close. Front bolt through the headlight nasal probably isn't there

I just did mine, lift the black cover piece that surrounds the front fork lock. A knife or thin screw driver will gently pry it up. There are two access holes that line up with two of the four top clamp bolts. Use a long Allen wrench and loosen the two. This will loosen the bars enough to move them where you want them.

Thanks but I got it done. The tip from spowell928 worked perfectly. Took about 3 minutes to adjust the bars.

You can pry it off with a fingernail.
