Adjusting Handlebars on Freewheeler

I just did mine, lift the black cover piece that surrounds the front fork lock. A knife or thin screw driver will gently pry it up. There are two access holes that line up with two of the four top clamp bolts. Use a long Allen wrench and loosen the two. This will loosen the bars enough to move them where you want them.
