Is it made from a rust resistant material? If so, then not a big deal. Me, I would paint it anyways. Unless it is some shiny stainless steel that you like the look of.
I bought a 4 degree triple tree from Randy and was wondering if I should paint it or not before installing.
What do most guys do?
Thanks Bruce (Dirtman)

No need to paint it and with the Wing it isn't seen much so that would be a personal preference for sure. I would not waste the time or paint if it were me. Have installed several and they all are still shinny aluminum. It also makes it easier for future owners to identify the existence of a non OEM triple tree.

I'm like an old race horse..... I can still run the race -- Just ache more at the finish line and need more rest between outings.
The hog halter triple tree I bought from zook is polished to the point of looking chrome. Cant see it with my big tour glide fairing.

the difference between a good trike and a bad one depends entirely on the integrity of it's builder!
Be careful painting aluminum, If it is not prepped right and use the right kind of paint, most of it will peel off in no time and look like crap. Don't ask how I know this, but I do have a tee-shirt!!!
Thanks guys I talked with zook and decided not to paint it.
