While at Bike Week I purchased a set of Passenger floorboard covers for my FLRT. Before I got home I noticed the chrome was peeling from one of them. Shot J&P Cycles an e-mail with pictures. New ones are on the way. Kudos to J&P.

They didn't even ask for a copy of my receipt. Saw the pictures. That was all they needed.
New one is already in the mail.... "Thank you for the pictures. I looked at them with a couple of our technicians and we agree that it's a lousy chrome job, it looks like there was a bubble possibly and then when you used them the bubble popped. I'm arranging a replacement set to be sent out to you at no charge. "

The only problem with kudos, I learned in the Navy that one aw Sh** wipes out a thousand Attaboys.
I go out of my way to leave good reviews when I can ... I always wait till I cool off before I leave a bad one ... most of the time I realize that my hostility over something is usually do to circumstances out of the companies control ... but ... if in the end I really have been taken advantage of by some company ... I tell them about "how I feel" politely and professionally ... hmmmm ... who am I kidding .. even I don't buy that ... LOL
