Lehman Monarch II question

My friend Al is visiting from Cleveland and while here we did some custom lighting work on my 08. Converted the inside top trunk light to turn signals, also changed out the amber turn signals bottom trunk to red bulbs, added red turn signals to the mirrors, and a running/brake light under the top trunk. Now, when looking from the back all lighting is red.

In the front, we added amber lights and turn signals to the rotor covers as well as side vents, front of fairing and foot pegs. Now, when looking from the front all lighting is amber except the headlamp. What is really cool is...all the auxillary lighting is controlled with a photocell sensor so they only come on when at dark and go off in the daylight. should the photocell sensor ever fail, there is an override switch to manually turn on all lighting.

Now...on to my question. On the front of the rear fenders where the aqua boards attach, there are reflectors on each fender. Does anyone happen to know if these are stick on reflectors or bolted on? There are two bolts under the reflectors but when I attempted to turn the nuts, the bolt spin. Im not sure if bolts are part of the reflecotor and spinning inside or..are the bolts used strictly used for mounting the aqua board to fender and the reflectors are stick on to cover the bolts?

thanks

The amber diamond reflectors are stick-on.
