Those are cool. Are the armrests separate or do they come with the backrest?

    Hey.

    Old(ish) thread, I know.

Now that you've had a few months with this, what do you think? Sturdy, well built, etc.

Do I see this correctly: the curve in the armrest back piece vs. the curve in the sissy bar defines the mounting height?

    Thanks for your time.

Yes, I think it is a sturdy, well made armrest. My wife loves it. As far as the fit, you have a little leeway as far as height. You can move it up a little to use all 3 screws that go into the backrest or lower it slightly and use only 2 of the screws.

I purchased one for our new FW. The wife loves it along with the new sundowner seat from Harley. Install is easy only around 1/2 hour. Looks good and works well.

My armrests should be at the house today or tomorrow I think.

And sir, your wife really likes the Sundowner vs. the stock seat? That is, she appreciates the difference?

My wife is all "no, it's okay" but I want her to be comfortable.

    Thanks.

Yes sir she loves the seat. She says night and day difference in the ride. The stock seat she would slide side to side a little because of the design of the seat. The Sundowner seat is wider and flat for the passenger. She can now sit behind with the new seat and armrest and not have to hang on to the handles. Took a three hour ride over the weekend and she had no complaints. Going to get highway passenger pegs for her next so she can move her feet around to different positions on longer rides. She says she likes it as much as our old ultra now.

I have one of Graber Enterprises armrests on our 2012 Kawi 1700 Nomad CSC Kruze trike and the wife loves it. I added a Bike Bike Parts cup holder. My buddy plans on ordering one for his Freewheeler.

    Default Freewheeler back/armrest/Corbin

I just ordered a backrest/armrest from Corbin for my Freewheeler. Takes about three weeks to get one. It's a little pricy but Corbin makes some good stuff. I'll post some pic's when I get it on..

    Default Arm Rest Kit

I bought mine off Ebay for just over $200 - New version has extra meat that extends above the bar - I mounted the arm rest to the sissy bar an mounted the pad to the arm rest plate - Honey poo is very happy with it .

So how is everyone liking their Graber armrests? Are you wives happy? Comfortable? Durable?

Looking to add one to our Freewheeler for when my wife rides on the back.

    Thanks.

My wife likes the new armrest. More comfort and security.

I had to mount it with the sissy bar sandwiched between the factory backrest and the armrest plate to keep it locked in place. Looks good though.

    Default arm rest mount

I had some issues with the plate moving around myself - I decided to drill a hole threw the bar at the 12 o'clock position and the use horseshoe clamps around the bar at the 4 an 8 position - once done it was solid as a rock - Then you can drill the plate and mount the pad directly to the plate much higher up for better comfort............
