4 Days of "THIS"......

Mitzie and I just spent last Thursday through Sunday doing "THIS"...The 2015 Smoky Mountain Recumbent Rally.....









































Mitzie is fighting off knee replacement with a vengeance....the Recumbent Trikes have been the best pain relief and strength builder for it so far. On Thursday She completed a 10+ mile Ride, on Saurday a 17 miler, and Friday was a grueling 21+ miler through the mountain back roads....She's getting better and better at this. All total, in 3 days of riding, we rode almost 80 miles total with temps in the high 80s and high humidity.....even for Motorized Trike Riding, Fitness makes a difference when riding lots of miles and hours. Ever need an exercise program, I highly recommend a Recumbent Trike.....

Part of that looks like Pigion Forge, other parts look like Townsend. Thats alot of peddling.

The "Margaritaville" Pics were from Pigeon Forge....drove over there on Saturday for Lunch....rest of the time was spent pedaling the Townsend, Cave Cove, Walland, Tremont Areas.....and yes it was a lot of pedaling...several hours/miles per day.....
