I spoke with Sandy at Open Road Outfitters. She thinks her electrical supplier will have one within 2 weeks. Maybe a contact from you will confirm that it is for a freewheeler. I've had the same results as you, where two different vendors have sent a harness they thought would work, but did not. Since the Freewheeler has become more popular, you'd think someone would make this part.
FYI.... I just put on a hitch and wiring harness for my Freewheeler. Got them from Open Road outfitters. They have a trailer harness just for the Freewheeler now!!! Saved a lot of time and headaches!!!
At the end of March Open Road Outfitters had the 8 pin harness for the Freewheeler!
# 30 and 25 is where the wire harness should pass thru the body from under the seat, I cannot believe this is not stock on ALL trikes I aint paying 85.00 for some thing that should already be there, I have a magnetic LED light hung in my trunk

To Explain. The above is a pre-made insert made like the one I originally built and made in my initial post to this thread.
This unit is again pre-made - and a lot cheaper. SO, I thought this may help some of you out there.
