Looking to get a trike
Hi all. Nick here. I am from WA...no not _that_ WA...Western Australia. I used to bike but have not for some years and now that I am _old_ and foolish, I am looking at triking. Once I started looking I realised there is more to this than first meets the eye.
So I will have some questions, no doubt.

Kununurra, yeah even in Oz that's a fair way. Never been that far North. My limits have been Nullagine, Meekatharra, Newman, (working) Monkey Mia (holiday).

I've only been on a trike since late last year. Most of us come from a bike background too. It wasn't a decision I took lightly, the cost alone gives one reason to pause. I started riding as a young boy and have rode 2 wheels for over 50 years. I had serious doubts about converting to a trike, but bad knees and almost dropping my bike a couple of times with my bride on board convinced me.
It took a little while but after 9000 miles I can say, I LOVE IT! We do miss laying it over in the curves, but not struggeling to hold it up at stops and Shirleys peace of mind makes it ok. Not to mention trikes are a blast to ride.

I just went to the general discussion board to see what Oldnick was complaining about. seems to be a cultural difference. I had a hard time understanding his thinking as well. Strange dude. Terminology was the problem.
