First camping riding weekend starts tomorrow

We're packing the camper tonight and heading for central Minnesota lakes country for five days tomorrow. It's my 66th birthday on Monday so we are going to celebrate by exploring and camping in our fifth wheel toy hauler. I found a campground with an opening finally last night so won't have to use Wall Mart parking lot......

There are lots of small town bar and grill places to try out and many lakes to ride around. Lots of twisty hilly roads in the area to cruise around on.

We're back home a day early because of weather but had a great time. Friday we left Zorba's Bar and Pizza after a great lunch to go to a town about 45 miles away where some friends have an Amish furniture place. It was 82 degrees when we started out and 25 miles later it was 62 degrees and the road was getting wet. We stopped at a roadside flee market and found out we had just missed a hail storm. We decided to head back a different direction at that point.
The campground we stayed at was really nice and we got to visit with people from east cost to west coast while there.
One couple from South Carolina heads north east May and don't go back home until October, said they were 'Sunbirds' instead of Snowbirds'. I like the way they think.
