Sorry, Nana, Never dealt with or thru them, and don't know anyone who has.
Has anyone dealt with "Specialty Cycle" to purchase or sell a vehicle?

I have a friend who is interested in listing theirs on that site, but is asking for positive or negative reviews of their service before they do so. Anything you can tell me will be helpful!

Here is something I found on the company:
BBB Rating for Specialty Network
Based on BBB files, Specialty Network has a BBB Rating of F on a scale from A+ to F.
Reasons for this rating include:
* Length of time business has been operating.
* 116 complaints filed against business
* Failure to respond to 2 complaints filed against business.
* 22 complaints filed against business that were not resolved.
Click here for an explanation of BBB Ratings
Specialty Network sells web site advertising of vehicles for owners who pay a one-time fee ranging from $120 to $650. The company has advised the BBB that it promotes its services primarily to customers who are advertising their vehicles in other venues such as local newspapers.
H & B Enterprises has had an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB due to a pattern of complaints. According to BBB records, consumers claim that the company's sales agents assert that the company has a buyer for their vehicle or a vehicle exactly like their vehicle. Consumers complain that they never hear from the promised buyers once they have signed up for the service. The company states that their sales people do not make statements regarding actual buyers for vehicles.
Consumers also allege that they are promised that the vehicle will sell within a certain number of days and that they will get a refund if the vehicle does not sell. The company states they have a strict no refund policy similar to the local newspaper classified ads. The company will market the consumer's vehicle until it sells.
That does not sound good at all.

Thanks guys! I will definitely pass that information along to this couple. Neither Mike nor I had ever heard of them, so we couldn't give them any feedback. I appreciate your help!
