KEY WEST, FLORIDA called
THE PIRATES DEN
located in PIRATES ALLEY on 300 Front Street
The front section of the bar was named
CAPTAIN HORNBLOWERS - JAZZ CLUB
HOME OF THE PINA COLADA
Upstairs and Down Stairs, anyway we were honored to be the best biker bar in South Florida

was there several times early - mid nineties. Met a guy said it was his place - must have been u. spent a week there one night...probably 91 or 2.

Key West

Yo/ yea/ We been gone since 1994. If your going down in Dec. stay in the upper Keys or Baya Honda
Camp grounds, a little near Big Pine Key. When we had the bar down there it was completely a layed back place. Over 25 years ago. I don't know now, there are all new places. But the ones still there for something good to eat BO's FISH WAGON really cool / fresh grouper sandwich/ caught the same day. Go to Lands END

BO''s FISH WAGON great Grouper Sandwich's fresh, that's all he had when I was there, maybe he expanded/ but it's great/ Close by is Lands End/ Eat it Raw Bar/ Oysters and beer. My bar you didn't have to take off your cuts/ it's all changed now I hear. Small island come down get drunk get a buzz throw up ride back to the main land, that's how it was when I was there. Enjoy/ it's wide open/ people really don't care about anything/ there is only one street DUVAL STREET

Yea / I told the door man, let Jimmy in, but charge
his people $5.00 each. He got pissed/ I came down stairs to the Den from my office and said Jimmy, I got to pay ASCAP for playing your music in the front bar Hornblowers / don't you remember playing for tips around the Island.

So who owned the Den back from 97 til it shut down. I actually did security there and lived upstairs. But the last dancer I got when I opened days...a guest said her butt looked like two pigs fighting over a twinkie. She was pregnant.
