Was just out in the motel parking lot near my bike. Guy came up and asked if I had some jumper cables for his truck.
Told him I had something better. Grabbed my XP1 out of my bike and walked over to his truck.
He thought I was wasting his time...I hooked it up and told him to start it up. He hesitated, not believing that this little thing would jump start his Dodge pick-up. But he gave it a try anyway. lol
Started right up.
Hopefully he will keep his eye out for bikers on the road!

Stallion #406 // 2013 Tri-Glide
I gotta get me one of those ... I forgot all about it after you showed it to me while you where here Kevin. Not for me of course ... so I can help other people ...
I have never heard of this but will be getting one, thanks for the info.
Great item/handy on trike - works well - also used it to help a 4-wheeler.
Yep, They work awesome
Trike's battery died on the way home from Minnesota last September. Was at Bikes Blues and BBQ later on and Whistler had a booth, one of the products was a jump starter. First one we had seen, but because of the battery going out and trouble finding someone with cables Gloria bought one for her car. Saw them at Walmart for about $60, so we got another for my car, and transfer it to the trike or bike on longer rides. Have used it many times, folks are amazed that little thing can jump a Ram 3500 diesel. Ours has a cord to hook to the battery and a port for a USB cable to recharge phones, etc, but doesn't have all the attachments and connectors as the one shown above. I found I use it strictly as a jump starter, so where I can see where the accessories may come in handy, I don't really need them. Great peace of mind having one available.

I have a Lexus RX that at times I did not drive for a week or even more. And I found the battery was often too low to start the car, I would just get those annoying clicks. I took it to the dealer twice, but they could not find any drain, so they just replaced the battery under warranty...twice. But I got in the habit of lugging this behemoth around to avoid getting stranded.
One of these XP-1's sure is a lot more compact AND more versatile to charge or power other devices. Does it come with a connector to plug into our charging ports on the Tri-Glide? Or IF I needed it on the TG would I have to use the jumper cables connected directly to the battery?

After posting the question above I decided what the heck and ordered one from the link provided in post #10. To my amazement......it arrived this morning just before 10:00 am.

I'm guessing I was #10 until it got deleted. I Ordered mine from Am$3On. got it yesterday afternoon. I'm guessing I made some sort of a boo boo in providing the link to it since my posting has been removed. Not sure why. I wouldn't think there would be a conflict of interest and it isn't the first link I've seen. sort of selective it seems. Oh well.
NO !!
i see more people pulling their seat off their Harley's to put battery cables and you don't have to. DUH !!!! The positive cable comes straight off the battery to the starter. The connecting bolt is under that rubber boot on top of the starter right there on the top front. Just lift that boot and connect your positive jumper cable to it.. Ground it anywhere on the bike, the footboard if you want.

Ozarkryder, Curious how you start a diesel, 24 volt?, with a standard battery jumper of 12 volt? What am I missing?

Beware of liberals posing as Americans.
I tried this out and found out it will charge several devices at once using the white USB cable AND it will charge devices 'while' it is plugged into the wall charger. So in theory you could charge a phone or two plus another device like a camera WHILE the Micro-Start is being charged and plugged into the 12 V power port in the Tour-Pac. WIN WIN!

Even though it might say "Heavy Duty" on the side, in the range of trucks from a Ford Ranger to a Peterbilt tractor, a 3500 is a light duty truck. 2 batteries wired in parallel to provide extra amps at 12 volts. The jump starter added enough to the low batteries to start the truck.
