IRS and axle seal questions

I have a 2010 GL1800 with the irs. It was installed with only 3 miles on the bike, I have 25000 now. Last week we were riding some interstates and had what felt like a flat tire. after checking the tire out I could find nothing wrong. About an hour later when starting out from a off ramp stop the cage on the right hand outer CV joint blew apart. Don't know exactly why as the boot is in perfect condition and there was grease in the joint. I ordered a new axle from Champion as they said it was custom built for them and am waiting for it to get here. I want to replace the differential seal as long as it is apart and I know it is a standard part if I could find out what make and model differential they used.

Does anyone out there know what differential Champion used in the 2010 kits? Or does anyone know what the NAPA part number for the seal is?

Did you ask Champion?
