I was looking at Natl Parks last night on the internet
There are approx. 43 parks in the 48 states.
From Fla to Maine and Calif to either Oregon or Washington.
I figure, with the missus supervising, and with a new trike
A person could stretch this road trip out probably to 18 months.
All I need now is the MONEY
The woods are lovely, dark, and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

2019 Tri-Glide.......
I got a buddy with a V8 trike that is currently doing and outline of the USA (lower 48) He's finished the northern parts and is currently going down the east coast. Last I heard he was in Long Island, but that's been a few weeks. He's doing the "roads" closest to the boarder, whether that is a dirt road, paved, or just "Bob's Road". He told me the hardest thing was getting permission to travel some of the private roads ... people don't understand he's doing it because he can. He's also a little worried about the Mexican boarder with the cartels and all ... most of the roads he's on are very scarcely travelled.
He's been at it since early February. He is pulling one of those tear drop campers ... he's got lots of power.
His trike is bigger than my old Kia Soul ... LOL ... not much for gas mileage, about 18 if he keeps his foot out of it, but he put a 20 gallon tank on it and carries 2 extra 10 gallon tanks.
He figures he'll be back around February 2016 sometime. He ha a couple restaurants in the mall that he worked and was building this tank ... I mean trike ... it's built on a CJ7 frame and has a full canvass top ... like I said ... beast ... only trike i've ever seen with a standard size receiver hitch ... ...
one day he announced he sold both the restaurants and is retired, he's 42. After he finished his trike, and tested it, he announced his plans. He left Grand Junction, headed west till he hit the pacific and has been following the boarder ever since.
