Nuvi Updates

We just got our 06 trike and LOVE IT!!! However, I'm sure that the Nuvi data is the original version. (ours is v4.1) How do I go about obtaining updates maps and software versions?

Contact Garmin for the new download

Log on their web site and creat an account. Then you can purchase an update. Beware they are expensive.

Thanks, I found the site, just wondering if they have updated the maps enough from my 2005 version to justify the $149 expense. Guess what I've seen here several places, is true. The trike is just the down payment.

Instead of updating mine I think I will just invest in a newer model. I have the Nuvi 260 for 2 years so an upgrade might be in order. Although it seems to be pretty accurate right now.

Just wanted to let you all know that I got a message from Garmin today. Within the next 3 months they will be coming out with the v10 update for the Goldwing Navi models with new map data. They suggested checking in after the 1st of September to get the newest updates.
