Rear Air Shocks

I had some trouble with an air shock on my Bushtec trailer. They had changed the physical size of the shocks and denied that. I contacted Monroe and their tech guy said this is the same air shock used on Corvettes up to 1982. It's called a 785. I bought two new ones to fit on my trailer thanks to the un-service of Bushtec.
I have since noticed there are baggers using this air shock. Wonder how it would work on a TriGlide???

Lots of talk on the Custom Bagger Forums about using Munroe shocks for rear air ride. I think you would have to have a air compressor setup as they take quite a bit of air to lift them. I believe DK has some info on air ride systems.
