Tour Pack etc. suggest 14 or newer - But I have never seen the highway, headlight and turn signals in this config...any thoughts? Is this a 2016 option?

Interesting ... almost like he added some height to the spots. Might just be the photo angle though.
where are the pictures from? They are not the same trike so there must be at least 2 examples of those lights. All else looks fairly stock Rushmore
Stallion #406 // 2013 Tri-Glide
That is a Tri Glide imported into the UK. They don't allow the "third headlight". That is a chrome cover for the center light position. They just use the running lights in place of the headlight. Also they are higher & they are different lights than the ones here in the USA. They also have a high & low beam.
If I remember correctly, the tail lights are different also. I think they require an extra turn signal light.
It seems the Trike is the only one like this light set-up. Most likely because of the vehicle classification might not be a motorcycle.
Here is a link from one of the dealerships that shows only a slight view at the top of the page.

Red Ultra Powered By Head-Quarters 120, Easy Clutch Pull By ClutchWIZ. 2012 GL1800 Hannigan. I've yet to ride a stock Harley which wasn't in need of a mechanical intervention.
Be careful what you wish for ~ it might come true. The MOCO doesn't have a good handle on how to make LED lights work for any length of time.
On my softail, I bought / installed / uninstalled / sold on eBay, a H-D 5-3/4" LED headlight (P/N 73273-11A) and Electra Glo LED Accent Kit (P/N 46901-04).
Manly, the LED headlight deteriorated over time, and badly fogged the inside lens, even after H-D sealed the light and charged it with nitrogen gas. The Electra Glo LEDs were too dim, despite how nice they looked in the dealer's show room.
And it appears H-D still doesn't have an answer to making a LED spot light work for any length of time ~ look at the owner comments on the H-D site - http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...ps#tab-reviews
The MOCO does do two things right however ~ their pricing in the market (expensive ) and their warranty . . . problems appear right after the 1 year warranty expires.
Just my 2¢...

It might be costly but I bet you could order those from a HD in that country.
