Sickening.
Sadly, some really nice cars.
Sickening.

Can't blame it all on the drivers' Sometimes a Tree with no advanced warning will jump right out in the middle of the street to get you...

Hate to see the beauties leave us so early in life.
I bought a new 68 roadrunner. What a nice car, my sister totaled it 3 days later. She did not get a scratch on her. It took 2 months to get it replaced and then I got this greeting letter from dear old uncle sam. Well that was the end of the roadrunner. Sure didn't make enough $$$$ for that kind of car.
It was hard to "like" this post, but it brought back a 69 S/S Camaro and a bottle of Jack, from deep in my forgotten memories bank!
Don't think any of those will buff out.
Brings a tear to the eye. Nice cars

Wow Dave, that is really a sad video for a car guy... Hate to see nice cars lost. Reminds me of a couple nice MOPARs I sold and the buyers ended up wrecking them.
"I don't need a map. I still have a road in front of me!"
Probably the most disturbing is the amount of various years of corvettes in the film.
As a MOPAR fan and car collector, seeing this stuff turns my stomach. Not just the MOPAR ones...all of em.
However, it also brings back certain bad memories of a late rainy night in a '68 Buick GS Grand Sport with a 400 CI engine, along with a bottle of Jack, and a young guy that thought he was invincible at the time. All a bad combination on that rainy night as I spun out on a curve going too fast and wrapped that GS around a tree. I ended up on the passenger-side floor board with the tree inches from crushing me. I got out of it with nary a scratch. I learned my lesson about drinking and driving that night as I lost my beautiful car and almost my life. Fortunately, no one was coming from the other direction. Do I still like muscle cars? Oooh Yes...You betcha! Do I drive em fast? Yeah, I do....on a sanctioned drag strip. Although, I must admit, every once in a while, a little stoplight to stoplight action in the 392 HEMI 6-speed SRT-8 Challenger is somewhat difficult to resist depending on what's up in the other lane....LOL.
I'm sure all of us had a car like the ones in the video but it the one we bring back from the dead that makes me happy. I've rebuilt sever cars and trucks from the 60's and 70 area and love all of them. The video makes an old man cry and then makes me think "I CAN BUILD IT" bigger and better than before. Just dreaming....
