Your going to get a lot of different ideas on this. If the 120ST crate motor is factory warranted if dealer installed you might consider that. 3 years ago I did a 110 crate motor installed before I took delivery and I have been very happy with it. I did add TTS-100 cams which had made it a great motor. I don't know if the 120ST is available for the wethead install but the 110 should be they have them in the Street Glide CVO. I do not know anyone that has done a new bike stage 4 from the dealer. Do you know what number they project for that mod to the 103?
What ever you end up doing remember you are looking for low end torque in a trike because of the added weight over a 2 wheeler. Good Luck in your build.

Been thinking of going back to 2whs again. Getting the wife to let me is the problem. She says she won't ride on 2whs again so i'd be riding solo I guess. Got a chance to pick up a 2004 black Fat Boy with 6,000 for around $6,000 in the spring. Perfect shape. I know thw guy that owns it. I would like to get a Limited Low. Good talking to you Mike. Jim
Duker,
You probably aren't getting any responses about a stage 4, because I don't think there is one for a twin-cooled Trike.
I don't have the Screamin Eagle Performance book in front of me, but fairly certain there is nothing past a stage 1 for the Trikes.
You can change cams, do the stage 1 air cleaner and someone could probably do some head work and other stuff for ya, but HD does not have those kits available past the stage 1.
That's probably just a download thing, meaning HD does not have a download for the ECM for the Trike. Dealer may be able to do something for that, not sure.
Strange they have the Stage 4 and a Stage 5 for the other ones, but not for the Trike.
Regards,
Just because they don't list it for the trike doesn't mean it can't be done. The only reason they don't list them is due to the trike not being, not passing emissions certification with it. If the kit is installed the warranty won't cover it, and the power train warranty will be void.

I have a stage 4 on mine, but don't have a wethead. I talked to a one of the guys at my dealership,, and he thought that there is no reason a stage 4 will not work with a wethead on a Trike. So,,, Not sure why this would be an issue?

Hi..My name is Trent and I am a Chromaholic.
The stage 4 you have is the 103, the one the OP is looking at is the 110 bolt on. The bolt on has cylinders with thinner liners which means thinner spigots. In the past the only way you could go to the 4" bore was to split the cases and bore them. I'm skeptical, I don't trust them until some other sucker....er I mean folks put some miles and abuse on them.
