So what's wrong with everyone, everywhere having thorough back grounds checks whenever and wherever they want to purchase a fire arm?
Sure seems like a great time for a good in any state carry permit!
Also to eliminate gun free zones!
Also seems like a good time for death penalty, no excuses, no deals for anyone convicted of killing with any weapon, including bare hands!
What say you?

I say i agree......ThumbUp

Registration is just one more step towards confiscation. If you don't believe that, you obviously haven't been paying attention. There are 20,000 gun laws presently on the books. How many are enough?

Any state carry permit? Why not nationwide Constitutional Carry? We shouldn't have to ask permission and pay a fee to exercise a right.

Death penalty for killing anyone? That's a pretty slippery slope there. I'm as hardcore as anyone but better think about that a little more.

Just my opinions,though.

Edit: Want to know why background checks often fail? Here you go.

Like I said in other post... good video.

And I agree we have more than enough gun laws already. The ones we have just need to enforced properly and maybe the background check system could work better but that still isn't going to stop the criminal from getting their guns illegally from theft, the black market, etc...

There is no talk of confiscation! Not talking about failed background checks(that's another subject)
Just talking about improving the loop holes at gun shows and orders over the I-net!
There is something to be said for concealed carry in every state without the need for a permit!
There is something to be said about repealing the "Gun Free Zones" act.
There is something to be said for no open carry.
There is something to be said for training before allowing carry!
BTW, Obamma does not have a clue on about anything he speaks of IMO! His latest was to spout about 30 to 40% of the "guns" in Chicago come from Indiana because our laws are "laxer". Truth is 19% and why wouldn't people get them where it's easier than in a location that really infringes on the 2nd amendment.
BTW, how many have ever read the 2nd amendment:
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Yeah they always like to leave the first part out. It was written when we had no standing army. Too simple for the second amendment er 's to understand. All the money brought to congress is by gun manufacturers and their lobbyists to sell more guns. If you think it's really about the 2nd amendment then you've been duped. If you look at the general population they would like better enforcement of our existing laws and loopholes closed. Pretty simple. It like the loud vocal majority that complains about our sitting president. But wait a minute he won. Hmm how did that happen? It all would be quite amusing if it wasn't so sad. Flame away.
