2009 Voyager: Front End Flop, Definitely NOT Ridable

Got the exhaust gasket in, fired up "Blue" for a little spin. No rear brake and no body work. Was nice backing Blue out of the shop, with no fear of falling over, but when I headed up the drive . . . .

WOW! No stability. The front end wanted to go full right, or full left. It was a chore to man handle Blue back around, and into the shop.

I haven't put a raked triple tree on Blue, because everything I've read indicates that a raked triple tree makes steering easier, not necessarily needed, so I figured I'd deal with stiff steering. Little did I expect that going from 2 to 3 wheels would make Blue a "monster."

Guess I'm gonna have to go with raked triple trees. Oh well, it's a learning experience.

More news to come.
