I've only heard good feedback on the Rekluse type.
It seems to be a really good option for anyone having left hand issues.
I use EFM. If they are set up properly and the rider is schooled on the do's and don't's, they last a long time. They also use the stock number of clutches and plates and you can use high performance clutches too. If I am not wrong, the Rekluse uses less clutch discs though.

Installed Rekluse clutch on Triglide. Live in Florida and long lights were killing my left hand. Works great. Downshift into first using clutch and when the light changes just hit throttle. I use clutch for normal shifting up or down. I'm 74 and hands are not use to holding clutch for long. Finding neutral is a pain. Especially great for stopping on a grade. Put brake on and just give it throttle when light changes and let up on brake. In gear and under about 1000 RPM and it just idles. Give gas and clutch engages. Put 2500 miles and no complaints.
I found out too late the do and don'ts of this type of clutch. The previous owner had it installed so I don't know the brand. Because they have to slip more to operate, they wear out the oil quicker. Plus I was using an oil that I have used for years on other bikes, but it wasn't suitable for this set up. Burned out the clutch, so it is being replaced now. Going back to a regular clutch with the $30 EZ clutch added to it. Mechanic says I won't be able to shift with two fingers, but close. Also, can't park the bike in gear with the auto clutch. The one E brake isn't strong enough if you have to park on a steep incline. Had to wrap a small bungee on the hand brake to keep her parked.
